United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) was founded in 1972 to provide a unified voice to protect the traveling public and to represent the interests of tour operators. Today, USTOA tour operator members represent some of the top names in travel and tourism. Among its current goals is to ensure the travel industry is kept up-to-date with the changing marketplace of tours, vacation packages and tour operators.
This course is designed to assist you to build your business and increase your bottom-line, through education on how you can sell tour and vacation packages more effectively. We will introduce you to the USTOA and its membership; give you a primer on the diverse tour and vacation packages available through these tour operators; educate you on the benefits they provide to your clients; assist you to match the tour conversation to each customer’s needs, and more.
