I have passed the exam, but the system will not change status to complete. How do I move forward?

I cannot login to Travel Agent Academy.
Please try
resetting your password by using the 'Forgot Password' link. You will receive an email with a reset password link. Click the link, choose a new password, and clear your cache before you try to login.

Where do I locate my certificates?
After logging into Travel Agent Academy:
- Click "My Dashboard" at the top right of the page.
- From there, click "Certifications." This page will list all of your graduate certificates.
- Click "View Certificate" to download or print.
Where do I locate my Jamaica Travel Specialist Certification?
After logging into the
One Love Rewards portal:
- Click "My Dashboard" under Specialist Programs on the navigation bar.
- Go to "Certifications tab." This page will list all of your graduate certificates.
- Click "View Certificate" to download or print.
A chapter link led me outside of the course and now I can’t go back.
Course content remains open in its own course window, in addition to what pops up via the outside link. Once you click into each required link for more information, you won't be able to hit "back," since a new window opens up. Simply close the new tab or window and return to the course content window to continue. Depending on your browser, you might need to search where your course content window goes when you click a chapter link. For example, in Google Chrome the course content window automatically minimizes into the task bar.
How do I change my email address?
After logging into Travel Agent Academy, go to
My Profile. Click the "
Change Email" link next to your account's existing email address.
How do I change my One Love Rewards email address?
Please create a new account with a different name, then email
support@travelagentacademy.com with new and old email addresses to merge your accounts.
How do I register for the RIU program?
