Where do I locate my certificate?
Login at www.travelagentacademy.com
and proceed into the course from the course list. Once you’re at the chapter breakdown, you’ll see My Account to the left. Certificates are stored to the left under your calendar. Since our courses are each located on their own individual platforms, their progress or status would not accurately appear in your General Dashboard (we’re currently working to migrate all graduate materials to one place).
A chapter link led me outside of the course and now I can’t go back.
Course content remains open in its own course window in addition to what pops up via the outside link. Once you click into each required link for more info, you won’t hit "back." Simply close the tab and return to the course content window to continue. Depending on your browser you will need to look around and see where your course content goes when you click a chapter link. For example, in Google Chrome the course content window automatically minimizes into the task bar.
General Dashboard states that I’ve only enrolled, not graduated?
Since each of our courses are located on their own individual platforms, they would not appear in your general dashboard (we’re currently working to migrate all graduate materials to one place). Proceed into each course separately, and once you’ve reached the chapter breakdown, you’ll see a My Account tab on the left to view your certificate as well as completion status.
How much do the courses cost?
There are no fees associated with any of the courses offered at Travel Agent Academy.
